The seventh high assembly of Gilan Basij was held on Thursday morning (September 3^rd, 2015) was held with presence of General Naqdi (president of organization of the poor Basij), General Abdollahpoor (commander of Gilan Qods armies), Dr. Poorabbas (president of medical community), Dr. Naqipoor (vice-president of Health of Gilan Medical University) and other members.

The plan of medical society was proposed and approved in this assembly under the title of: "investigating educational needs of members of Rasht's members of medical community Basij concerning first aids and actions in burning events in 2015".

Dr. Mobin, being in charge of crisis committee of medical Basij, stated that implementation of this plan leads to design of a comprehensive, local and applied pattern for required care in burning events.
