Every human needs mentality to have a good life.
Man moves in the mental environment and this enhances thinking quality, forms our actions and principally it is said that every success is the result of positive thinking and good mentality.
Low level of mentality removes our motivation and weakens thinking. In contrary, excellent mentality strengthens thinking, enhances motivation and makes human move forward.
The first key: changing focus
In every situation, focus on what makes you feel better or try to find out what makes you feel bad.
Naturally, whatever you look for, you find.
When a bad thought is forming in your mind, quickly imagine an interesting event of your life and remind and feel pleasant and enjoyable feelings of those moments. In this way, you change your focus from a negative to a positive event.
The second key: changing physical status (movement changes emotions)
If a bad and unpleasant feeling is forming inside you, quickly change your physical situation and turn into physical style of a happy person. In this way, you change physical style of an unpleasant feeling to hat of a positive and happy one.

Type of questions you ask yourself determine your life quality.
Weakening questions:
Why am I too unlucky?
Why am I too unfortunate?
What if I get negative rresponse?
Motivating questions:
How can I be that lucky?
What are good and positive aspects of this problem?
Why God has that much merci on me?
Questions you ask yourself express your beliefs. They have the power to make human mind focus on a certain subject. For example, if one uses weakening questions in most cases and circumstances, his mind focuses on words "bad luck", "unfortunate", "negative response", unconsciously and the weakening conditions gradually improve. Then, they search one's memories and find cases similar to this status.
But, if on uses motivating questions, the mind concentrates on words such as "good luck", "good and positive", and "God's merci" and reasons are found in one's life to confirm the status and this gradually intensifies positive conditions.
Responses one receives depend highly on questions he asks. The point is to find questions strengthening mentality.
The fourth key: role of words in changing mentality
Instead of saying "I am angry", you can say "I'm a bit annoyed"
Instead of saying "I'm good", you can say "I'm excellent"
Instead if "not bad", you can say "it's good"

By focusing on words we say, we can modify our weakening moods. For instance, one can convert "I hate" to "I don't like" and reduce its destruction intensity, and so on.
