Since it is of great importance to consider mental injuries of burn patients, the president of Velayat hospital ordered to hold traditional Nowrooz ceremony for all aptients in the hispotal.

Holding this ceremony not only created hope and made patients happy, but also helped them continue life with stonger incentives and positive beliefs.

In addition, the ceremony generated the feeling of bein valuable in patients and this influenced enhancment of patinets’ mentalities.

Holding this tradition had positive mental impacts on staff, patients and their companies.

As the public relations department of the hospital reported, a total number of 1228 attended the hospital of which 911 cases went to the clinic and 317 cases were emergency outpatients.

In addition to above cases, 244 patients were hospitalized because of severe injuries of which 105 were burn patients and 139 were non-burn patients, a total number of 344 surgeries were also performed of which 221 cases concern burn injuries and 123 were non-burn cases.

Velayat Hospital also serves citizens and runs on all off days.
